The office has a highly qualified team with extensive experience in using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, designing predominantly in three-dimensional format.
The projects are presented through virtual image renderings, allowing a better understanding of the building in its urban context, as well as the habitability of its interior spaces.
In addition, the office is able to print 3D models in recycled plastic and carry out aerial filming and photography using drones, ensuring accurate and effective visual communication.

With extensive experience in rehabilitation and new-build projects, the team works on various types of buildings, including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, hotels, restaurants and more.
Whether in historic sites or contemporary urban contexts, Martina Arquitetura always seeks to create sustainable spaces that challenge the limits of modern architecture.

The firm’s relentless commitment to the interactive process of creation leads it to take on the challenge of designing buildings that are more than mere volumes, but true icons that take their place in the urban fabric.
Each project aims to enhance the experience lived by its users, leaving a positive and lasting impact on the city and the lives of those who interact with its architecture.
